Vel Scott Healthy YOU Project
Vel Scott used her Green Edge Funding to expand accessible cooking classes offered by Vel’s Purple Oasis in conjunction with the Vel Scott Healthy You Institute.
The funds will also aid in the purchase of equipment to offer virtual classes for those unable to attend in-person due to COVID-19.
